Quick 15 Minute Gluten Free Instant Pot Meal Prep!

The quickest meal prep I ever did in my life and it was DELISH! If you do not have an Instant Pot, you need to go get one! If you are like me, busy bee, and want to eat healthy but don't have a ton of time to spend on it then this meal is for you!

Turkey Tenderloin-

2/3 Cup of Water


Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Minute Rice

Organic Yellow Squash

Drizzle on Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce


Chop the squash into cubes.

Place Turkey Tenderloin in Instant Pot on the metal rack. Add 2/3 cup of water. Season meat with salt, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning, and drizzle Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce. Season squash with the same seasoning and place squash into the instant pot with the turkey. Place Instant Pot on Seal and push High Pressure for 13 minutes. Make sure you check the temperature after cooking to 165 degrees.

Now just follow the directions for your minute rice, and add it to your meal! I weigh it out 4 oz meat, 3 oz squash and 180 grams of white rice. Super quick, super simple, and it tastes AMAZING!
