But I Have Been Gluten Free & Still Have Issues?

Have you been gluten free a a long time and still have intestinal pain, bathroom issues, depression, or major fatigue?

Yah so have I! I have been gluten free for over 10 years! Yet for 9 of those years I was very up and down and lets just face it, it was primarily down! I couldn't use the restroom basically my entire life! I had severe intestinal pain, lethargic, major fatigue, and just flat out depression that nothing worked!

When I went to the specialist they told me I had IBS but the constipated version so they put me on medicine called Linzess. The medication helped some but NOT REALLY because it was only treating the symptoms and not the PROBLEM! I figured out I had SIBO which is a bacteria in your small intestine! SIBO causes inflammation of the bowels including bloating, intestinal pain, and CONSTIPATION! Wow surprise surprise! NOT!

I went on a special antibiotic called Xifaxin. At first I didn't think it made much of a difference but a month later I was using the restroom like normal just like EVERYONE ELSE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE! It may not be a big deal for you but unless you have suffered like me, then you know the pain! I also went on an anti inflammatory diet for 6 months removing all the foods that were sensitive to me specifically. After doing that, I have all my food sensitivities in moderation! There is a whole lot I learned through this 9 year process of figuring it out! Take a look at the video and if you need any direction, I am your girl and I feel your pain!
