I joined Gracie’s plan because I was seeking help with my celiac conditions. From following her for a few months and learning more and more about her approach as a coach along with the results from her previous clients, I had been intrigued to jump on her plan with the rest. I had no idea what to expect since I had been on many plans in the past... some giving weight loss, some in which I’ve gained muscle on, and some that didn’t do anything for me at all.
Yes, you can say I’ve tried it all. But loving health and fitness so much, I wanted to keep trying to find my perfect fit to my current health conditions. 2020 hasn’t been nice to any of us, and in this year I’ve gained nearly 10 pounds. To some that might seem small (or big) but either way, it messed with my head and my waistline showed it! I didn’t even know that I carried weight in my BACK! Like what was that? All this extra weight went right to the spots that stood out like a sore thumb and I wanted help. No green juices for 20 days, no 500 calorie diet... I wanted something that I could live with, be happy with and something that would leave me feeling energetic and proud of!
I’m on a 12 week program with Grace. In just my first 4 weeks I have seen incredible results! My macros are wonderfully acceptable! Something I can live with and still get results! Gracie understood my celiac conditions since she lived with them as well. She put me on a celiac protocol. She put me on weights! She put me on cardio! She took care of me the way a compassionate coach would who had a true passion for helping others.
I have a herniated disc in my back, and with her knowledge, she hasn’t yet put me in a position that would sacrifice that.

I’m four weeks into her plan and I am down inches in my hips, thighs  and arms. I have gained visible muscle and leaps amount of energy! I can’t wait to see what my 12th week transformation will look and feel like!! Don't focus on the scale, focus on your progress photos because that's what truly shows you the difference! You can gain muscle while losing fat and the scale doesn't move but my body still has changed!
